PROPHECY

Good day readers,
Today I will be taking you in school of the spirit concerning the Hebrews in Babylon, we read about their captivity in the land of the Chaldeans. we learnt how they stood their ground in the strange land, how they never denied their identity being children of the Living God.

Every believers reading their story always envy their faith, praying to do the same even more than what they did nevertheless you must first understand this. The event that occurred in Babylon has been written years back before it came to pass.

I have always love the kind of faith the three Hebrews portray, I used to wonder how someone in his right senses about to be casted into a fiery furnace yet stood his ground irrespective of the consequence.

This got me thinking! this must be beyond physical, this kind of faith is not for ordinary believers while ruminating on this Holy spirit ministered to me and reveal the secret behind the lifestyle of both Daniel and the 3 Hebrews to me in the book of Jeremiah 24: 5-7

5 Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel: ‘Like these good figs, so will I [a]acknowledge those who are carried away captive from Judah, whom I have sent out of this place for their own good, into the land of the Chaldeans.

6 For I will set My eyes on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land; I will build them and not pull them down, and I will plant them and not pluck them up.

7 Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.

Interestingly, the Lord has revealed his mind to prophet Jeremiah on how king Nebuchadnezzar will hold children of Judah captives. In verse 5, He acknowledged taking them there for good, verse 6, He affirmed setting his eyes on them for good and verse 7 promised them of a heart to acknowledge him as their God.

In respect to that he fulfilled all these prophecies in the book of Dan 3:16-18, the Lord said it and did it in Dan 3:16b-18, He is too faithful to deny his words, He has track record of keeping all his words.

Daniel 3: 16-18
‘’16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.

17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.’’

I charge you to totally trust Him, do not exercise a wavering faith, be consistent while dealing with Him, trust me a good prophecy has been said concerning you too, do not allow disbelief flush your feet off his presence. Hold on’’ though it tarries, wait for it, it will definitely come to pass’’.

I am assuring you today that The One that gives a prophecy concerning his children neither sleeps nor slumber so kindly exercise patience believe me it will come to pass.

Judges 17:2
‘’And he said unto his mother, the eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from thee, about which thou cursedst, and spakest of also in mine ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my son.’’

Are you the type that steal, backbite, gossip, lie, proud, cheating spouse, unforgiven fellow, easily get angry, keeping of malice, an addict, disobedient children etc.? No matter how horrible you think you are trust me God is interested in you.

I will be sharing with you an interesting story of a son in the scripture that steal. There was a man called Micah in the old testament, who lived in region of the tribe of Ephraim, he was a thief, he stole His mother’s money but unknown to the mother that her son was a thief she placed a curse on him.

Several years later, Micah became a changed man, He no longer steals. he confessed his sin to his mother and restituted his ways by returning all the stolen money. More so, he hosted a priest, employed him to stay in his house in order to gain access to God anytime.

He made the decision to become a new man in a day. He refused living in the past so he retraced his step and turn to God, you can do the same too. You can be the best God want you to be, you too can be a solution to people’s problem.

Therefore, I admonish you not to give up on yourself because God has not and will never give up on you. He loves you that is why He is extending His hands of love to you today. His hands are widely open to embrace you. Do not allow the devil to deprive you of that blissful fellowship with Him, it’s such a wonderful experience! and I bet you will never regret doing so.
